DAN ROESER and JUSTIN BAILEY specialize in reined cow horse events, cutting and AQHA Horse Shows at which they show in the cutting, reining, and cow horse, and roping classes.

Dan grew up in a ranching,  rodeoing and horse training family.  He has been one of those fortunate people who grew up knowing his life’s ambitions that have enable him to live his dream, everyrday.  Dan married his wife Jackie in 1979, and their daughter, Annie was born in 1984.  After an outstanding rodeo career at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels, Dan followed in his father, Jim Roeser, into reined cow horse training.

Beginning in 1987, Dan has shown numerous AQHA and NRCHA Champions.  He has also been involved in the Idaho Quarter Horse Association as President, the Idaho Reined Cow Horse Association as President and as a board member, and most recently as the 2005-2006 National Reined Cow Horse Association President.  He is currently an NRCHA board member serving on the affiliates, ethics, rules, and the strategic committees.  When not showing Dan also judges NRCHA shows.

Justin Bailey began working for Dan in June, 2002.  He quickly found success showing.  Justin graduated with an Equine Associates degree from the College of Southern Idaho before attending Blue Mountain Community where he college rodeoed.  In 2003, Justin was honored by the CSI Equine Program for his efforts in the horse industry.  Justin’s wife Shana, works for Agri-Beef, and when not working can be found helping Justin at Roeser Ranch or cheering for him at a show.  They are the proud parents of Easton  and Ali Bailey.
